It is independent of intensity of illumination, and relates to intrinsic material, size, temperature of CCD or CMOS pixel.
Limited by material and manufacturing process, CCD or CMOS is generally not uniform, such as adulteration, thickness, size of sensitive component.
To overcome the shortage, the science level (lab level) CCD should be applied to the system.

Abstract.
By concrete constitutive relations, we adopt the equation of Saenz[6]; failure criterion, the Willam & Warnke five parameters criteria; and we adopt D-P model for soil materials.

The parameters of the unsaturated seepage analysis involved in addition to the saturated permeability coefficient, also need to initial moisture content of materials, saturated moisture content, the soil water characteristic curve and unsaturated permeability functions.
different water rate rises You can draw the following conclusions: First, The library water rises the stability of landslide is gradually reduced; Second, the bigger the permeability of the landslide mass and the stability of landslide worse;Third,The increased rate of reservoir water, the greater the landslide safety coefficient decreased faster. 4 Conclusions In this paper, we get the following rules and conclusion: (1) The underground water level slope body changes relative to the reservoir water has certain hysteresis;(2) The stability of the landslide is closely related to the slope with saturated zone area size, The greater the saturated zone area, the worse the landslide stability ;(3)The increased rate of reservoir water or the greater the permeability coefficient of the landslide mass, the faster decline in the landslide stability coefficients, the ultimate stability of the landslide is poorer. 5 Acknowledgments This work was financially supported by the Hubei province natural science
