In addition to the advantages of small size, MEMS which is compared with the ordinary mechanical systems has been difference in many fields, such as principles of physics, principles of materials, accurate measurement of control and mode of operation, etc.
Experimental In order to get the micro-processing channel, before the algorithm designing, I used a 0.5mm marker to draw a presetting line on the PMMA chip which is used as a kind of biochip material.

Design specifications The ultra-precision double-sided polishing machine was designed for polishing large size functional crystal substrates made of hard and brittle materials, such as silicon, sapphire and zirconia ceramics.
