Abstract Deformation mechanisms of Mg-Al-Zn (AZ31) alloys were investigated by performing
tensile test at room temperature.
Introduction Mg alloys have been applied for an advanced structural material for electronic casing and for some automobiles parts.

In CMP, the results are determined by many factors like abrasive particles size, materials of the pad, and so on.
Among the above factors, on the condition of polishing machine, pad and polishing material are fixed; process parameter’s selection is the key to guarantee the polishing quality and efficiency.
