In recent years, in order to solve the shortage of raw materials, they buy a certain quantity of cold matte, miscellaneous copper as supplement, so that the structure of raw materials is more complex, in addition, the production and organization has become an complex activity because of using Isa smelting which have characteristics of fast production and high load[1] .
Making accurate prediction of production is needed urgently to the variety possibilities occurred in production and a complex material construction.

Introduction With the rapid development of science and technology, complex surface components have increasing applications in power, aircraft, aerospace and military industry.
Among these, ultrasonic testing has an important role due to its strong penetration, good direction, high sensitivity, low cost, and being harmless to the human body and the material of the components.
Among these are, e.g. the type, size, location and orientation of the defect, materials of inspected components, and environmental conditions.
