Introduction
Abrasive Flow Machining(AFM) is an innovative finishing and polishing operation with a gentle material removal mechanism.
In this way, the flow coefficient can reach up to 0.8 and the dispersion rate of flow can be controlled within ±2% if the material of workpiece is identical and the dispersion rate of flow is within ±5% before grinding.
It is because the grinding speed can not be adapted to the difference of material and aperture between different workpieces in time under constant pressure conditions.

Experiment
Experimental Program In this experiment, by using maltose, Bletilla striata and other natural polymer materials for replacing PVA, CMC and other synthesis polymer materials, and sodium sorbate for replacing borneol, the aqueous inking oil for the new and high-grade screen-printing ceramic decal paper under glaze color of once firing was formulated into new aqueous ceramic ink; proper stained paper was chosen, and scale-board, stained paper, ground glaze, patterns and over-glaze new paper structure and new aqueous paste liquid were used for paper processing; the modern screen-printing technology with computer design and SBQ photoresist and the silk screen with 280 meshes were used for plate making; a semi-automatic screen printing machine was used for printing fine lines and fine halftone screen printing.

Introduction
The most commonly materials used for resistance thermometry at low temperature are carbon, platinum and germanium resistors.
Of all materials currently utilized in fabrication thermometry elements, platinum has the optimum characteristics for service over a wide temperature range.

In the selection of material constituents and mixture proportioning of SCC for precast and prestressed structural elements, it is essential that the concrete should be self-consolidating, i.e. it should flow into place and encapsulate the prestressing strands and reinforcing bars without segregation or blockage.

The longer calendar
time the aircraft structure serves for, the more seriously the structural fatigue quality will be debased
because of corrosive environments, and the corresponding actual fatigue life value of aircraft structure
will be shorter; at the same time, the fatigue loads of aircraft structure can accelerate the invalidation
of the surface anticorrosive coating of components of aircraft structure and promote the corrosion of
parent materials.
After obtaining the value of Nf0, based on the corresponding materials and stress characteristics which influence an aircraft structural service life, simulated tests (specimen level tests) should be carried out on these dangerous positions.

Introduction
Pipelines, used as transmission paths of materials and energy, have been widely applied in industrial
productions such as petroleum industry and chemical engineering industry.
In order to facilitate the vibration analysis of the whole machine, the appointed materials and their stiffness, density and mechanical properties need to be defined.

Taken into consideration of the leakproofness of MRFs and the precision of data collection, in the relative shear mechanism of double channels, all the troughs and rotors of MRFs are produced by magnetism isolation materials such as bronze, among which the thickness of the upper and lower channels of MRFs is 1mm but the width of working area is.
