This will help to further enrich the understanding of professionals and policymakers and guide towards improving the quality of structural concrete production in Nigeria.
Water Water is essential for concrete production as it is necessarily needed for hydration and achieiving a workable mix.
Excessive water content weakens concrete, while insufficient water affects the workability negatively [19].
Evaporation of the mixing water, due to exposure to sun or wind, absorption of water by the aggregate, and water consumption in the formation of hydration products all contribute to stiffening freshly mixed concrete.
These results will aid the professionals in obtaining good concrete that will respond to their respective needs.

The water jet technology use the principle of dissolution in water, cooling action and chemical action of water, when water has certain pressure, specific mechanical action of crush, cut, peel and transport will be showed by the water jet.

When breaking rock with water jet [6], water jet propagates crack but the cutting edge of rock.

MEP System Modeling
BIM is a computer-aided solution which helps MEP professionals to design and construct the MEP system.
Under the consideration of modeling time and system similarity, we choose the lighting, duct, hot/cold water supply, and drainage piping system in the NCKU 2nd hospital as our modeling scope.
The construction process of fire protection is similar to hot/cold water supply system, but the water supply lines are more complicated than fire protection piping, the reason is the vertical water supply pipes has more interactions and relationships with Architecture and structure components.
Hence we choose hot/cold water supply system as our model instead of fire protection.
For the purposes of environment protection and prevention of contagious disease, the drainage system in the NCKU hospital can be divided into laboratory waste water, general waste water, contagious waste water, and storm drain system, these systems are designed as gravity driven, and producing the most reworks during the construction process, therefore we took it into our consideration too.
