Highway geological disaster based on ITS According to the experts predict, the intelligent transportation system, ITS makes the traffic accident deaths by 30%, transport efficiency can be increased by more than 50%.And effectively reduce the pollution of the city, from the highway geological disaster, is a kind of can eliminate so far caused by road traffic accidents, traffic congestion and other negative effects of the project from the fundamental.
Table1 A new ITS services consider geological disasters in the road Services Development areas Set the starting point of the service content The main advantage of those Demand Status providing traffic information Intelligent navigation system Pilots Use the navigation system to obtain information related to travel Moved from the starting point to the destination Providing destination information Choose a destination Automatic toll collection Automatic toll collection system Pilots , transport companies , managers Without automatic parking Delivery tolls at the toll station Providing the traveling environment information Support Safe Driving Pilots Safe Driving Claim traveling environment Possible traffic geological hazard alert Determine hazardous environments Optimize traffic flow Optimization of traffic management Managers, pilots Optimize traffic flow Traffic Management Provide traffic control information when a traffic accident Appropriate measures against accidents Analysis of highway

The most common negative effects are as follows: - Congestion, - Dependance on fuels, - Traffic accidents, - Pollution to the atmosphere, - Noise, - Land absorption.
Transport Investments in Czestochowa The main objective of the transport’s system in Czestochowa development is to improve the efficiency and safety of movement the people and the transport of goods, together with the minimization of its negative impact on the local environment.
Unlike the bus, tram doesn’t stuck in a traffic jam, tram is quiet and does not emit any pollution to the atmosphere, because it has been electrically driven.
The aim of this project is to drain the traffic formed at the intersection.
Crossroad on DK1 route (Makuszyńskiego and Wojska Polskiego avenue) [11] The implementation of these investment has contributed to: - Improve the connection between the national road DK1 and the Czestochowa communication system, - Improve the accessibility of polish and interregional connections within the TEN-T network through the road network development, - Improve transport safety and improve inter-regional connections by higher level of safety and the traffic flow, - Shorten the travel time in transit and in the connections between the major cities of the country, - Reduce the number of accidents on the reconstructed sections, - Reduce the numbers of victims.
