The most common negative effects are as follows: - Congestion, - Dependance on fuels, - Traffic accidents, - Pollution to the atmosphere, - Noise, - Land absorption.
Transport Investments in Czestochowa The main objective of the transport’s system in Czestochowa development is to improve the efficiency and safety of movement the people and the transport of goods, together with the minimization of its negative impact on the local environment.
Unlike the bus, tram doesn’t stuck in a traffic jam, tram is quiet and does not emit any pollution to the atmosphere, because it has been electrically driven.
The aim of this project is to drain the traffic formed at the intersection.
Crossroad on DK1 route (Makuszyńskiego and Wojska Polskiego avenue) [11] The implementation of these investment has contributed to: - Improve the connection between the national road DK1 and the Czestochowa communication system, - Improve the accessibility of polish and interregional connections within the TEN-T network through the road network development, - Improve transport safety and improve inter-regional connections by higher level of safety and the traffic flow, - Shorten the travel time in transit and in the connections between the major cities of the country, - Reduce the number of accidents on the reconstructed sections, - Reduce the numbers of victims.

The outstanding performance is that the city traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.
The clearance is the necessary safety distance of the closed vehicle on the target lane adds the body length of an articulated bus.
The faster the speed, the longer the required safety distance, and the clearance value will be bigger.

Reintroduction in the Process of Operation of Worn Metal Assemblies, from the Composition of Public Transport Vehicles, Using Mechanized MIG/MAG (GMA) Welding Reconditioning, in Conditions of Guaranteeing Traffic Safety Ion-Aurel Perianu1,a*, Lia-Nicoleta BOȚILĂ2,b, Radu COJOCARU3,c and Emilia-Florina BINCHICIU4,d 1,2,3,4National Research & Development Institute for Welding and Material Testing – ISIM; Address: 30, Mihai Viteazu Blvd., Postal Code 300222, Timisoara, Romania aaperianu@isim.ro, blbotila@isim.ro, crcojocaru@isim.ro, debinchiciu@isim.ro Keywords: reconditioning, MIG/MAG (GMA) welding, tram worn components Abstract.
The field most likely to be rehabilitated is that of urban transport: semi-couplings, axles, hubs, brake drums, bearing assemblies, couplings, etc., showing a high degree of wear, which has the effect of premature damage to means of transport and endangering traffic safety.
Replacement of worn components involves high material and financial costs, so it is preferable to recondition them to ensure operational safety.
From ISIM's point of view, the approach of this field aimed at the technical solutions for reconditioning installations by welding to be at the level of international achievements, but at a much lower price, an objective that is in line with the government's strategy of European integration.

Intelligent Building System Based on Sensor Network of IPV6 Jian-ming CUI1,2,a 1School of Information Engineering, Chang’an University, Xi’an 710064, China 2Shaanxi Road Traffic Detection and Equipment Eng.
To achieve interoperability and integration of multiple technologies information, IPv6 technology is the best choice. 2.2 Separate address and improve safety The technical aspects of interoperability, IPv6 and IPv4 networks have the same advantages.
In the security module design, full use the powerful features of the intelligent building platform to enable this security system has many unique features: System not only sends alarm message, and send control image; Households alarm at any time through a variety of ways, and view the log of home security system through the browser and images, avoid the owner of the home away from home safety concerns.

Moreover, certain parameters of the damaged windshield can be used for traffic accident reconstruction.
According to the former theoretic studies [8, 9] on PVB laminated glazing damage and investigations on actual traffic accident, shown in Fig.3, there are three different crack patterns: spider-web crack, circumferential crack and plastic crack.
