To improve the solar cell performance variety of dyes and semiconductor materials has been studied [2].
Among them titanium oxide (TiO2) is one of the important wide band gap semiconducting material and it exhibits good potential for applications in short-wavelength optoelectronic devices, solid-state display devices, solar cells, electrochromic windows [3-5] and sensors [6].

In most case, slippage and upheaval occur when pavement is under large lateral load. This is because the shear stresses caused by vertical and lateral loads are beyond shear strength of asphalt mixture[2].Insufficient bond strength of bond material between surface course and base layer will result in the whole asphalt course’s transposition,or will break the original configuration between the two layers, accelerating failure of whole structure.
To resist shearing broken,on one hand relies on the interlocking force of coarse aggregate in asphalt mixture,on the other hand, needs available bond material between layers[3].
