By the reference [4,5], the thickness more than 6mm ,reflectivity reaches -20dB[6] .It has a big influence on signal,whose transmission cannot be completed.While the glass on the train is glass steel, a new type of composite material, 5+9A+5 hollow toughened glass.
Theoretical analysis and calculation for the communication is carried on.Application of plane electromagnetic wave theory and fresnel formula, analyze the characteristic of transmission loss and features of the interface reflection and transmission when electromagnetic wave is in different material.

amperometric immunosensor with a new method of electropolymerizing SPA to immobilize
antibodies (bio-molecular recognition element) for S. typhimurium detection.
2 Materials and methods
2.1 Preparation of the amperometric transducer
The amperometric immunosensor fabricated with MEMS technology contains a
two-microelectrode system integrated with a SU-8 micro poll on the silicon wafer.

Abstract. 2-Hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan (HACC) with positively charged character was utilized to fabricate the functional layer of the composite NF membrane and reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) ultrafiltration (UF) membrane was used as the support layer.
