Design of Manufacturing Execution System in Tire Enterprises

Article Preview

Abstract:

Manufacturing Execution System is the tie of computer integrated manufacturing systems on enterprise information integration. This paper designs a MES in tire enterprises according to the need of tire production manufacturing. Production process of tire manufacturing is introduced firstly. Then the structure design and function design of MES in tire enterprises is given. The proposed MES design scheme is applied to a tire enterprise and result shows that MES can improve the tire manufacturing efficiency greatly.
