In order to synthesize morphology and structure-controlled nano-copper, chemical reduction synthesis method was used coalescing microwave-assisted and modification.
Introduction Nanostructured materials including their size, shape and structure-controlled synthesis etc. have been widely studied due to their potential applications, and attracted considerable interests in the different fields such as materials, physics, chemistry, and industry.
How to determine nano-materials unique properties by their micro-structure?
Therefore, size, shape and structure- controlled synthesis has been the subject of intensive research at home and abroad in recent years [2].
Results and discussion Chemical and micro-structure of nanostructured copper.

This is due to the complex procedures that include the preparation of samples, accumulation of the atomic and molecular structure of a crystal, and determination of band gap energy [4].

Cu structures tend to suffer from dishing when isolated (partly because of the CMP chemical reaction and partly because of the fact that dense structures have thicker plating overburden thickness than isolated structures).
Small structures such as VIAs, tend to suffer from dishing (chemical dishing in this case vs. the usual physical dishing that is seen at large Cu structures).
The DR was determined using Cross-section analysis of all VM1 structures Post Cu CMP.
Earlier MM1HM scheme used dielectric layers of SIN and TEOS, and HM etch was done using a Fluorine-based etch chemistry.
IBE is used since the standard metal etch chambers and chemistries are not able to etch most of materials in the Magnetic stack.

FESEM micrographs showed a similar pattern as SBA-15 indicating that the mesoporous hexagonal structure of SBA-15 was still retained.
This suggests that the mesoporous structure of parent SBA-15 has been successfully retained during the functionalization.

Microstructural of Cr/MWCNT Composites and Its Catalysis in Synthesis of Biodiesel* Xuehai Fan and Guomin Xiao School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 211189, P.
Zang JB et.al[15] coated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) with metal titanium or carbide layers, obtaining a uniform and conformal core-shell structure.
This paper describes a facile impregnation method for preparing Cr/MWCNT composite, obtaining a novel ‘silkworm cocoon’ structure that diffierent from tubular MWCNTs.
The diffraction peaks at 26.5o can be attributed to the graphite-like structure (0 0 2) of the original MWCNTs.
The TEM, EDX and XRD showed that the prepared composites had newly ‘silkworm cocoon’ structure.

Branched and crosslinked structures are formed by this process.
Formulations with a higher amount of monofunctional chains (in network precursor) lead to branch pendant chains in the network structure.

Moreover, scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to specify the morphology and structure of the intumescent char after combustion.
Inner surface of PP-2’s char exhibits typical honey-comb structure and hollows were distributed evenly.
Thus a well structured and strong char was produced based on the synergistic effect between MA-MMT and IFR.
