When we set expansion ratio to 1.5(castellated height and beam cross-section composed of uncut web section height ratio), castellated beams would save about 30% steel, plus 30% of painting material, installation and transportation cost[1].
We use steel Q235-B as the material (with yield strength of 235N/mm2, Poisson's ratio of 0.3.n and elastic modulus E = 2.05x105N/mm2) in this example.

The antibacterial PET (polyethylene terephthalate) masterbatch was extruded from twin screw extruder, using silver and zinc-loading Nano-SiO2 antibacterial agent (SLSZ) as the functional material.
Antibacterial masterbatch is a kind of functional material with high content of the antibacterial agent mixed in fiber substrate [10].
