The materials which are used for ceramic coatings onto steel silos are set as described below.
Ceramic materials processing scheme is presented in Fig. 1: Figure 1.
The thermal expansion coefficients for some metallic and ceramic materials used as biomaterials are shown in Table 1, where there is shown a big difference between the coefficients α of the two materials.

Therefore, the sludge is a high value fuel, which can be used in the burning with coal or building materials.
The sludge can be used as a substitute for siliceous raw materials, realizing the sludge ash resource utilization.
Therefore, the sludge can be used as a substitute siliceous materials and make the heavy metal cured, achieving a resource detoxifying effect.

Sample preparation and test methods 1.1 Sample materials and source materials In this study, the annealed 20 steel were used for samples materials, the hardness is 138 HV0.05, the chemical composition shown in Table 1.The size of Sample were 80 mm × 50 mm × 2.5 mm (length × width × height); source material were r rod of tungsten and molybdenum ,the diameter of which were 5mm.
The board of rare earth dysprosium was metallurgical preparation, purity were 99.9%, the size of board was 80mm × 50mm × 6mm (length × width × thickness); the source material were placed into the secondary cathode which was made from carbon steel.
