It need to examine approaching materials, and deeply understanding management goals of all kinds of nodes in the green construction, at the same time, recording, collecting and clearing up the information data, in order to formulate relative measures of organization, management and technology.
Administrating garbage disposal of the contractor, the arrangement of materials and mode of transportation, and make sure that the work personnel have been trained on green construction and education safety.
The quality, parameters and specifications of the materials and equipments directly affects the quality, schedule and extent of the green construction, so the choice and storage of materials and equipments need to be greened ,and storage should avoid destroying the environment [7].
All kinds of construction waste need to be classified, if could be reused, we should reprocess it by science and technology means to do recycling, so that it is convenient to achieve the cyclic utilization of resources, preferably, and to control the environmental protection property of materials and machine tools, eventually, we could fully offer the insurance for achieving the green construction.

Welding distortion is a partial plastic deformation from internal stresses caused by non-uniform temperature fields on metal components in welding reach the material yield limit.
All of the above will cause great difficulties for site installation, and will also cost a lot of manpower and material resources to deal with welding distortion once the tolerance occurs.
