Normally, there are several methods for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles such as chemical reduction, gas condensation, laser irradiation and sonochemical deposition [5].
According to several methods, the chemical reduction method is widely used, according to the production of nanoparticles without aggregation, high yield and low preparation cost [6].

Combined with characteristics of suction gas transition control and micro-blowing turbulent drag reduction control, Huishen Duan, Peiqing Liu et al [3] draw that suction-jet control technology is an effective drag reduction control technology.
Analysis by synthesis, the hydrodynamic performance of hydrofoil with suction inlet at leading-edge can be improved well, such as effective drag reduction, efficiency increase, but lift decrease.
Combining advantages of single suction and single water-jet, suction-jet can better improve the hydrodynamic performance of the hydrofoil and reduce the decrease of the lift with effective drag reduction and efficiency increase.

However this deterioration type has been firstly reported in Thailand in 2009 [2,3] and led to an awareness of the lack of data on local raw materials, which hindered the understanding of the mechanism of local cases of ASR.
The compressive strength reduction at age of 19 day was observed for mixtures using brick powder.
However after accelerated curing, only small reduction in strength of approximately 4% was observed for samples with 30% of brick powder replacement, compared to the similar mixture under normal condition. 5.

Due to reduction in strength at heat affected zone (HAZ) they do not exhibit perfect endurance limit [1, 2].

Avoiding to the volatility of data, to prevent the possible heteroscedasticity and consider of it will be easier to get smooth sequence by adopting digitizing the time sequence data without change the characteristic of time series data, this paper use the natural logarithm of variables to empirical analysis.
On pollution abatement policies, it still need to increase reduction efforts in major emissions, under the situation of waste and emission reduction, expanding the scope of major pollutants, increasing solid waste, emission reduction targets, so that the main pollution reduction work matter to the full range of expansion.

The main steps of comprehensive coke rate optimization by genetic algorithm are as follows: 1)Data preprocessing.
The comprehensive coke rate of blast furnace optimization research is carried out on the basis of historical production data, so the historical production data has directly effect on the optimization results.
For example, the objective function Y comes from the historical data’s relationship fitting by BP neural network model and each input parameter’s value range also comes from the historical data.
