In addition, the obtained numerical results are compared with the experimental data.
The strain diagram was constructed on the basis of experimental data [8, 9] in a wide range of temperaturesand strain rates that do not cause additional temperature changes in the material.
In addition, the work of J D Stachiw was analyzed [4], which shows the results of full-scale experiments on loading the capsule and presents data on the reduction of the total volume of the sphere at the corresponding hydrostatic pressures (see Table 2).
However, the numerical results, in comparison with the experimental data, showed, on average, 1.5 times less change in the internal volume.
After verifying the constructed model with experimental and analytical data, it is advisable to predict the performance of the capsule at.

Tensile tests and fatigue tests were performed to evaluate the effect of tightening torque and to obtain the basic experimental data.
Fig. 1 shows the schematics of a vehicle wheel, with the M16×90 hexagon head bolts used to adhere wheels to reduction gears with M16×40 socket bolts.
Nine M16×40 socket bolts were used on the wheel and sixteen M16×90 hexagon head bolts were used to adhere wheels to reduction gears.
The tightening torque of hexagon bolts that adhered wheels to reduction gears was 235N⋅m, and the axial load caused by the tightening torque on bolts was 76kN.
The reduction of axial load of hexagon bolts occurred due to tightening up the other bolts; therefore the hexagon bolts were tightened last to get the accurate axial load.

Performed tests proofed that signal of the proportional-derivative controller is a useful data base for the required identification process.
They allow us to identify the mass of the payload and to improve data in the model-based controller.
The signal obtained form the PD feedback loop is used as a data base for identification of the payload inertia.
Resulting torques (i.e., the output data of the second sub-block) are considered as the input data of the sub-block devoted to model the plant (the controlled object).

To deconvolute the raw XPS data, the core level spectra obtained were curve fitted using a least chi-square approach as discussed by Briggs and Seah [5].
This can be translated as a reduction in barrier height of the contact.

Due to needs of data analysis and collation, the roof of College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST) will be arranged as the designated test point of background meteorological data during testing.
The meteorological data released by Wuhan Weather Station is shown in Table 2.
Data processing and analysis Data collation method: According to day temperature change laws, it is assumed that temperature change trends of the background point (test point at the roof of College of Architecture and Urban Planning of HUST: designated point) and the point to be tested (all points on the tested route) are consistent, then based on the formula: (1) (2) 3.2 Data collation and analysis Analysis and comparison of data in the morning between July 22 and 23.As shown in Figure 2: The temperature curves in P1 section are generally overlapped.
According to the collected test data, this section is within the range of influence of the South Lake area.
The sorted data and charts show that the heat island phenomenon occurs at noon and in the evening, and is most obvious at nighttime , and the heat island intensity is higher than 1℃.

Given the actual production process is difficult to get an exception batch mode data, in accordance with the usual practice of the field, we took Monte Carlo simulation method to generate data for the model to verify the correctness and validity.
Processing status, changes in the production, can be distinguished from time domain characteristic parameter index of quality data [6-7].
The uniform mutation operator is selected to complete this procedure. 4 Simulation results 4.1 Generation of training data set Data formula description is generated according to the control chart pattern.
Data of 150 sets of each model is used as the training set, the remaining 50 groups as a test set.
The data must first be normalized in each time window, and the normalized sample numbers are put in the model for pattern recognition.

In the present paper, the feasibility of using TSA to obtain quantitative stress data from a NiTi alloy is considered.
The thermal data was logged at 1 Hz and correlated with the mechanical response.
The data obtained at 40 and 45o C shows an approximately uniform response in the range 100 - 250 MPa.
From the data of the type shown in Fig. 6 it was possible to determine a calibration constant for the Nitinol at 40o C of 0.325 MPa/U using the average signal obtained from the area shown in Fig. 4 from data collected with mean stresses in the range 100 - 250 MPa.
The variation in this data is approximately 25%, which can be attributed to the low response obtained at this temperature.
