The former aimed to
forecast the depth of the water jet penetrating into the material, and the later mainly analyzed the
process of the interaction between the water jet and material, and the result has shown that there
was an erosion zone on the material, the simulated result is consistent with the experimental one.
For material parameter setting, the air density is 1.225g/l and its viscous is 1.7894e-05kg/ m3.s.

Introduction
Automatic immunoenzymatic analytic system is this kind of high efficient detecting instrument based on enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) with high performance of mature technique, operating simplicity, high sensitivity, quick response, and high efficiency, Widely used in clinical testing, microbiology, epidemiology, immunology, endocrinology, medicine and agriculture, chemical and other fields of Science.
Materials are selective about spectrum absorption which depends on material’s structure[5].
Lambert-Beer law states that monochromatic light absorption degree of materials has a quantitative relationship between liquid layer thickness and concentration of the solution, the relations are usually written as Eq.1: (1) In this equation, A-absorbance; T-light transmittance; I0-the incident light intensity; It-the transmitted light intensity; k-medium molar absorption coefficient; b-the liquid layer thickness; c-concentration of absorbing species in the material.
