Hole mine -1015m track tunnel located mainly in Kongzhuang Coal Mine -1015 level, is in Kongzhuang Coal mine deep mining the main transport auxiliary materials and pedestrian main channel, a total length of 350m construction tunnel.
Sand, stone, cement, water mixing, through a feeding machine mix the materials to a storage tank, storage tank by buffer after entering spraying machine.
Material storage groove play a buffer role of transition, to ensure that the mixture of continuous supply, and ensure the continuous spray. 3.2 wet spraying concrete raw materials and mix 3.2.1 Concrete raw materials (1) Cement By using P.O 42.5 ordinary Portland cement, expired or wet and caked cement shall not be used
(2)Rebound quantity can reduce the waste of materials
