The materials used for this study were PLA and ABS, being the most used materials in FDM, and BVOH, as a support material.
However, not all the materials are compatible with BVOH support material due to the different properties of the materials; so it is important to check with the filament provider if the main material of the model is compatible with the BVOH.

However, most of this kind of materials inherently share relatively poor mechanical properties while being exposed to corrosive environment, for example, surrounding circumstance with relatively high concentration of ozone gas.
On the other hand, as concluded from the experimental research of more than one century long, among metallic materials, pure aluminum (Al) not only has low mass density, high thermal conducting property, but also shows excellent resistance to corrosion under various corrosive situations [3-5].
Here this kind of materials is directly adopted to play the role of pure aluminum.
