PP has a lot of advantages, such as low price, extensive source of raw materials, superior physical and mechanical properties, light weight, ease of molding, good rigidity, good electrical insulation, et al [1].
We can see that the characteristic absorption peak of PP appear at 1367 cm-1 and 1448 cm-1 from the FTIR of the raw material PP.

Electrochemical machining
Electrolytic processing is a method that it corrode the metal materials to achieve processing purposes based on the principle of electrochemical anodic dissolution, there are many advantages that the range of processing is very wide, the surface quality is good, the efficiency of processing is very high and workpiece is without residual machining stress etc.
It have obvious superiority in the fields of difficult cutting material and complex blade shapes.
