Introduction
Strip steel is an indispensable material used in industry and manufacturing.
Some surface defects, such as pit, pinhead, hole, sticker, and lamination, rust, scale, scratches, rubs and pincher, are caused by deficiencies of billet material, rolling equipments and technologies in the production process.

There are three primary findings in the TRIZ approach which are as follows: (1) Problems and solutions were repeated across industries and sciences, (2) Patterns of technical evolution were repeated across industries and sciences, (3) Innovations used scientific effects outside the field where they were developed [9].
So, innovation principal including 40 (Composite materials), 26 (Copying), 27 (Cheap short-living objects) and 1 (Segmentation) are introduced for the body module design.

The adoption of the control-dry density method for compaction can effectively eliminate the consolidation caused by the dead weight of the upper materials on the base materials. however, since the model frame is very heavy after installation, the operating space in the laboratory is small, and a rainfall system is needed to be installed above the model frame and so on, a lifting frame, which is triangle frame body made of channel steel and with a sleeve on its top, should be applied to revolve the model frame to ensure its erectness on the top of the rack; as it is shown in Fig.6.
