Experimental Details The raw material employed to produce the polyurethane were palm Kernel Oil polyol and 2,4-- diphenyl diisocyanate(MDI) were obtained from Maskimi Polyol Sdn.
With this, the presence of exolit OP 1230 eventually generated a synergic effect that enables the reduction of the combustion enthalpy value and consequently making the material safer.

Electron Beam Irradiation on Substrate for Precise Dielectrophoretic Assembly of Carbon Nanotubes - A Simulation Yan Chena, Libao Anb* College of Mechanical Engineering, Hebei Provincial Key Laboratory of Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials, Hebei United University, Tangshan, Hebei 063009, China acheny19900807@163.com, blan@heuu.edu.cn *Corresponding author Keywords: carbon nanotube, dielectrophoresis, electron beam irradiation, precise assembly, field simulation Abstract.
Introduction Due to their excellent electrical, thermal and mechanical properties, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have become a candidate of nano materials for micro- and nano-sensors, energy storage and conversion devices, field emission displays, and many other applications [1-3].
Impurities usually exist in dielectric materials such as SiO2.

The kinds and qualities of raw materials, which has a total comes to 17 factors, has been considered as the independent variables.
The factors that affect concrete strength, according to the previous results, including use levels and quality indexes of all kinds of raw materials(Neville 1986)[1].

Introduction Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been widely used in various applications such as sensors [1], nanoelectronic devices [2], energy storage [3] and nanocomposites materials [4] due to their versatile properties.
On the other hand, in term of carbon source there are two major groups of carbon sources for CNTs production which are (i) conventional (non-renewable fossil fuel based-carbon sources) and (ii) bio-hydrocarbon (from natural to waste materials) sources.
These precursors served as renewable sources and low cost raw materials for large scale CNTs production.
While, Chen et al. [37] reported the fabrication of electrode materials for supercapacitor using CNTs composited with potassium hydroxide as electrolyte.

Electrodeposition or co-deposition of non-metallic or ceramic particles in a metallic matrix is a fabrication technique that combines the ability to deposit on both complex shapes and large sizes with the advantages of low cost of equipment and raw materials, simplicity of operation, possibility to incorporate significant percentages of reinforcement of varying forms and composition, and production at ambient temperature and pressure [1].
In addition, changing the volume percent inert particle in the electrodeposited coating, critical to producing graded materials, can easily be accomplished through manipulation of processing parameters [2-8].
Materials and Methods The Watts bath with the following composition was used to obtain the nickel-alumina deposits.

In electrical discharge machining (EDM), an electrical discharge occurs between a tool electrode and a work-piece, and removal of materials is carried out by vaporized explosion between the electrode and the work-piece.
However, the mechanism of material removal in EDM is not well understood.
However, the mechanism of material removal in EDM has not been fully clarified.
