Cryogenic treatment (DCT) can significantly improve metallic structural materials’ mechanical properties such as friction and wear performance.
A lot of research results show that through cryogenic treatment, the microstructure of materials can be densified, micronized and homogenized [4,5].

Designing of Universal WGM Biosensor from Micro Ring Resonator Chatchawal Sripakdee1,a∗ and Napatasakon Sarapat2,b 1Physics Group, Department of Science, Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10800, Thailand 2School of Physics, Faculty of Science and Technology, Thepsatri Rajabhat University, Lopburi 15000, Thailand achatchawal.s@rmutp.ac.th, bnapatasakonsa@gmail.com Keywords: Micro Ring Resonator, Surface Plasmonics, Whispering Gallery Mode Abstract.
Many photonic techniques are used to generate both of them for adapting the mechanism of the leaking resonant modes of light from the excited states of nonlinear materials after the absorption and emission cascade process.
In terms of wave propagation crossing into the micro ring resonator, its significant can be expressed in term of relative refractive index between SiO2 and gold, this can explain in the form n(λ, T) = c vm(λ, T) + iκ(λ, T), (2) where λ is wavelength, T is the absolute temperature, c is speed of light in vacuum, vm is a speed of light in a material and the last expression is related to the loss mechanism in the material such as absorption or scaterring.
