The dental ceramic materials having health care function was preparation.
The concrete operation process : At first ,it make rare earth material, far infrared emission material, surface energy adjust material, flux material mixed and ball mill 5-10 hours, then add tourmaline powder to ball mill 10-20 hours , using precipitation method prepared bioactive functional powder, after that make functional powder mixed with dental materials, ball mill about 20 hours, after vacuum stirring extraction for 30 minutes, get the high quality ceramic slurry with far infrared emission properties.
