The materials studied are composed of 10% SiC in volume fraction and
90% deoxidized Iron powder of ≥98.68% purity rate, 25µm in average particle diameter.
The density data shown here were described as the percentage of the ideal density of 10v% SiCp/Fe materials.
Therefore homogeneous, dense and high quality materials can be prepared by specimen current heating hot press sintering technology.

Tantalum oxide and cobalt oxide nano-films materials were made via LBL self-assembly technology in this work.
