For the construction and demolition waste an ambitious target is established: by 2020 a minimum of 70% (by weight) of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste (excluding naturally occurring material as soil and stones without trace of non-hazardous materials) shall be prepared for re-use, recycled or undergo other material recovery (including backfilling operations when recycled C&D waste can substitute other materials) [3].
Specific properties of cementitious composites for rigid pavements, using recycled materials have been presented by Cojocaru et al.[10] and others [11].

However, the disadvantage of the method of limit equilibrium was the negligence of the relationship between the material stress and response and the impact of slope deformation.
This method is more consistent with the actual soil materials in analysis, but it is more complicated compared to the traditional method of limit equilibrium due to the complicated theoretical background and more parameters needed in analysis.

Introduction Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing (RPM) is a new technology including many high-technics such as CAD, CAM, CNC, laser and material science, and a key technology of manufacturing in the 21th century.STL format expresses the complex shape of topology and geometry model with triangle facets[1],so it is simple and easy to read and display and plays an important role in RPM, so far it has become the virtual industry standard.Slicing algorithm is one of the key technologies in rapid prototyping system. When one CAD model is created in STL format, which includes as many as hundreds of thousands or even millions of triangle facets,if the scattered and disorderly triangle facets are directly sliced, then intersection calculation may be time-consuming for several hours or even several dozens hours.

However during dynamic impact loading of rigid materials, this condition is generally not fulfilled and determination of the Fmax force is not possible.
The physical background of the elector-emission measurement, that in certain materials in the moment of the break microstructural changes occur, that modify the properties of the surrounding electric space.
E.g. metallic materials always release electro-emission (EE) sign during breaking, while electro-emission activity of polymers and ceramics during failure are restricted for limited types of these materials.

These materials are produced through the introduction of nanometer-scale porosity into an OSG skeleton.
A 250 nm SiCN capping layer was deposited on both the unpolished and polished wafers using a standard 3MS and NH3 process with an Applied Materials P-5000 PECVD chamber.
