Research status of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction of existing concrete frame structure is presented. the existing problems of rescue program and technology is analyzed when earthquake is happened in existing concrete frame structure, it is critical to improve the relevant technology standards and regulations and to implement prevention for to solve the problems, the main content of prevention collapse earthquake is pointed out.
Statistical data of earthquake disaster in recent years indicated that cost of earthquake disaster loss, rebuilding and social assistance and so on increase doubly with social economy development[1-3].
The difficulty lies in defining the structure properties of discriminant index, the index should be based on reasonable consideration of structural ductility, strength, structure importance, collapse mechanism and time, region and other factors according to the test and seismic data to determine the amount of statistics.
Although our government promulgated the "law" of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in 1998, the law is also very clear that "the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is the general principle, that is implementation of prevention and treatment and prevention of combining principle, but from the experience of the following several earthquake relief, the executive effect is not far to achieve the desired effect.

The method of time serise analysis
Using time series for data processing, a few models can be obtained.
Therefore, for every node, there are 3000 acceleration response data and this is large enough for the modeling of ARMA model.
Because the modeling process is a data fitting process, higher the order is, higher precision is.
First we divided the data from normal state into two sections of equal length, the first 1500 acceleration response data is as the reference basis and its corresponding model vector is ΦB = [φ1,B , φ2,B, …, φn,B]T .
Forecasting High-frequency Financial Data with the ARFIMA-ARCH Model [J].

Due to the special geological conditions and no useful reference or criterion about gas permeability in such stratum all over the world, gas permeability test is done to fetch air loss data in natural state and bentonite-added state.Based on the practical situation of ChengDu Metro Line 1-Lot 3 project, by using methods of site test and theoretical analysis, the air loss before/after bentonite is added are given: At the air pressure of 1.0 bar, the air loss with bentonite added is 27% of that without bentonite.
Introduction Due to the special geological conditions and no useful reference or criterion about gas permeability in such stratum all over the world, gas permeability test is done to fetch air loss data in natural state and bentonite-added state, providing reference in choosing air compressor and hyperbaric intervention, also for other project in this stratum and similar project.
The reduction of permeability from ground conditioning using bentonite is very important in order to maintain the pressure during the compressed air inflow (Qinflow = Qloss).
Results and conclusions The test shows clearly the ground gas permeability reduction because bentonite slurry ground injection: after slurry injection air losses at 1.0 bar pressure fall to about 27% of air losses before slurry injection.

Energy consuming condition of thermal power unit is reflected by its historical operation data, but the amount of data and the number of energy consumption indices are large.
This can simplify the data, reveal the relationship among various variables, and extract the characteristics of the data[3].
Standardize original data.
The function of PCA is dimension reduction and feature extraction.
Structure the principal components after standardizing the data.

Testing the optimized system on the same evaluation set, we achieve real-time rate of 0.39, a relative reduction of 45.8%.
However in some off-line applications, which we can get all the speech data instead of just streaming speech,large-size batching method is very effective.
We computed the acoustic probabilities of all the frames in large batch size, and the size depends on the data size and memory size of the system.
And with the optimization methods, the real-time rate of the CD-DNN-HMM system has been improved from 0.72 to 0.39, a relative reduction of 45.8%.

Lubricant can contribute to reduction of overall noise and vibration generated by machines, both by reducing generation of acoustic energy in lubricated contacts and by modulating the transmission of vibration through the lubricant.
This section will outline some of these mechanisms and suggest how lubricant optimization can contribute to reduction of noise generation at source.
Noise reduction in system lubricants Foam generation and vapor entrainment depend partially on bulk lubricant properties such as viscosity, but are more sensitive to interfacial properties such as dynamic surface tension, Gibbs elasticity and interfacial shear and dilational viscosities[3] Refrigeration lubricant formulations for improved noise and vibration performance must maintain stable, controllable levels of foam and vapor entrainment in order to deliver improved acoustic performance without compromising reliability and efficiency.
Figure 2 shows vibration velocity data recorded on the base of the compressor shell, for two different lubricant base-fluid types having different inherent foaming performance, formulated with different concentrations of the same acoustically active additive.
In the case of domestic appliance refrigeration compressors, use of acoustically optimized lubricant formulations, designed to deliver controllable levels of foaming and vapor entrainment, can significantly reduce compressor shell vibration amplitude translates into reduction in radiated sound power intensity.

A significant reduction of SF density with respect to planar material was observed for the {111} planes parallel to the ridges.
A significant reduction of SF densities has been achieved by Nagasawa et al. in their pioneering work on undulant-Si and variations there from [1].
Fig. 4. a) Perspective SEM image of a defect at the upper edge of a 3C-SiC ridge. b) EBSD data overlaid on SEM image.
An EBSD image taken in this region is shown in the middle and the corresponding image after noise reduction on the right of Fig. 4.

Experimental data was statistically analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and optimum condition was achieved for evaluation criteria.
Tools manufacturing through PM process is an alternative tooling option for EDM electrodes where the desirable properties of different materials can be combined and a large number of tool electrodes can be made from a single die and punch assembly, resulting in an overall reduction of EDM tooling cost [3].
[8] used L18 orthogonal array based on the Taguchi experimental method to determine EDM machining performance of conductive ceramics (Al2O3 + 30 vol% TiC) and the experimental data were statistically analyzed by ANOVA.
The Taguchi method uses signal to noise (S/N) ratio to quantify the variation in data.
It was further observed that breakdown of tungsten from the electrode occurs which gets deposited on the work surface causing an appreciable reduction in the Ra value.

Building model is constructed in DesignBuilder software to simulate building energy consumption in the current design as base case and compare different environmental solutions results with it to estimate the energy and Co2 reduction.
In addition to visit to building site to measure temperature and wind speed by multi-functional anemometer in many focal points indoor and outdoor the building, to consider any missing data that could affect on the final decision.
So, the methodology for reaching the best solution is; First, constructing the building model in environmental simulation software to simulate the currant design energy consumption and consider it as base case to compare different environmental solutions results with it and estimate the reduction in energy consumption and Co2 production.
Before choosing the appropriate solution, building site was visited to measure temperature and wind speed by multi-functional anemometer in many focal points indoor and outdoor the building, to consider any missing data that could effect on the final decision.
But the chosen one in this study is DesignBuilder because DesignBuilder provides accurate energy, comfort, cost, and daylighting performance data to help inform and guide your design decisions in addition to the ability to simulate design CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) [4].
