Finally CO2 emission reduction and recycle methods are proposed to achieve effective environmental protection and high economic efficiency.
Feasibility analysis of safety production by CO2 injection (1) CH4 concentration reduction by CO2 injection CO2 has better adsorption ability than CH4[7].
Meanwhile CH4 in coalbeds is diluted by free CO2 (free CO2 is injected to coalbeds but is not adsorbed), which also leads to CH4 concentration reduction.

Annealing nitridated interfaces in hydrogen results in a further reduction of trap density (from ~10 12 cm-2 eV -1 to ~5 x 10 11 cm-2 eV -1 at EC-E ~0.1 eV).
In a previous work, it has been shown that the trap density reduction is dependent only on the amount of interfacial N, and not on the anneal time or temperature [15].
It has been shown previously that the N induced trap reduction saturates after a critical amount of interfacial N uptake [15].
The data are an average of ~10 capacitors.
Comparison with the 'NO only' data reveals a ~ 30 % lower Dit at EC-E ~0.1 eV and deeper in the band-gap, i.e. from EC - E = 0.6 eV to 1.6 eV.

Research status of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction of existing concrete frame structure is presented. the existing problems of rescue program and technology is analyzed when earthquake is happened in existing concrete frame structure, it is critical to improve the relevant technology standards and regulations and to implement prevention for to solve the problems, the main content of prevention collapse earthquake is pointed out.
Statistical data of earthquake disaster in recent years indicated that cost of earthquake disaster loss, rebuilding and social assistance and so on increase doubly with social economy development[1-3].
The difficulty lies in defining the structure properties of discriminant index, the index should be based on reasonable consideration of structural ductility, strength, structure importance, collapse mechanism and time, region and other factors according to the test and seismic data to determine the amount of statistics.
Although our government promulgated the "law" of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in 1998, the law is also very clear that "the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is the general principle, that is implementation of prevention and treatment and prevention of combining principle, but from the experience of the following several earthquake relief, the executive effect is not far to achieve the desired effect.

Experimental results show the proposed method can effectively remove impulse noise from a noisy image, especially from a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) image; the noise reduction performance has obvious advantages than the other.
According to Fig.2, noise reduction ability of the extremum morphological filtering algorithm decrease quickly when noise density increases.
