Abstract:

As one of the border tax adjustments, Carbon tariffs, especially their legality under the framework of WTO rules, have been the focus of arguments in recent years. This article analyzes the legality of carbon tariffs under the framework of WTO rules and puts forward to countermeasures to deal with carbon tariffs in China by studying the legal regulations on border tax adjustment in WTO rules.
