This paper presents a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation research for the interior flow field of laminar cooling during hot strip mills.
CFD simulations have been used successfully to improve production craft and the product quality in the metallurgical industry [2].
In recent years, CFD has been a hotspot for the iron and steel enterprise domestically or abroad.
This article mainly focuses on the model optimization and simulation of laminar flow cooling during hot strip mills based on CFD simulation.
In order to find a more elaborate model, simulations on the proposed CFD method are used for comparison.

This paper works with the CFD simulation of the process of pyrolysis of lignite particles in a downstream fluidized bed, which actually means the particles would fall down from the injection point and escape the furnace from the bottom.
Introduction Several models which can be applied to the simulation of the process of pyrolysis have been developed by numbers of researchers [1-9].
The parameters used in the simulation are given in the Table. 2.

The results obtained by CFD simulation are validated with experimental results.
The various stages performed in CFD simulation of Solar PV/T panel are geometric modelling, meshing or grid generation, setup and solution and results. 1.
It is designed to enable easy visualization and quantitative analysis of the results of CFD simulations.
The experiment is carried out from 8 am to 5 pm and readings are noted in 1 hour interval and the individual CFD simulation at each hour is also carried out for the corresponding inputs at that time.
Although there are some small discrepancies due to some assumptions and meshing imperfectness matters, the CFD simulation program can be confidently used even for solving more complex solar PV/T problems.
