The welding process consists of heating the base materials until a fusion process starts and the samples will be welded.
The phenomenon represents a dielectric relaxation of the dipoles inside the base materials.
The tungsten electrode should be placed just above the base materials to be joined
Materials and Methods As base materials were used, in experimental procedure, copper wires having diameter equal with 0.65 mm.

The numerical results showed that the maximum principal stress at the free surface is greater that that in the inside of the composed materials.
Therefore, decreasing the residual stress has significant meanings for bonded dissimilar materials.

Constitutive model of materials All materials can be assumed as elastic-plastic materials, so Mohr-Coulomb yield criteria can be used in the calculation; taking account of the strength reduction effect of rock of the disturb zone of the excavation of slope and the exploitation of coal strata, strain hardening-softening model can be used in the calculation; for the simulation of exploitation of coal strata, the actual mining process has not been considered. 2.
Calculation value of parameters of different materials The calculation value of parameters of different materials has been shown in table 1.
Stability of land parcel of Fushun mining group headquarters Based on the above analysis project, such as constitutive model of materials, and calculation value of parameters of different materials, and simulation of fault, and calculation model and conditions, the variation of deformation of land parcel of Fushun mining group headquarters on different exploitation conditions of west open-pit mine has been obtained.

The press roll generally consists of the core part and the wear-resistant surface layer, which are made of different materials, usually, the core part is made of gray iron and the surface layer is white iron, so that the delamination between two portions is prone to occur [3].
