Simple-supported beam bridge is one of the widely used structures in bridge engineering.
Conclusions The article analyzes commonly used double-span cantilever bridge under a single concentrated load, multiple concentrated loads of equidistant layout and uniform loads in the practical engineering.
When the beam is acted on the concentrated load of equidistant layout and uniform load, it can reduce the value of the maximum bending moment about 30% and provides some reference for optimum design of similar bridge and engineering.
