(3) Determination items and methods: ① Determination of soil moisture, porosity, organic material: the quality method for determination of moisture, calculate method for determination of porosity; Potassium dichromate oxidation dilution heat method for determination of porosity organic material. ② Determination of the soil microbial quantities: adopt dilution-plate method for determination of bacterial quantities and epiphyte quantities, choose beef juice peptone substrate for bacterial, and choose Martin Substratum for epiphyte; adopt coated the surface count method for actinomycetes and starch ammonium salt substrate.

According to the actual situation, the material temperature was reduced through the sand sprinkling and erection awning in advance, the machine temperature of concrete was reduced by using cooling water mixing.
