Performed analysis constitutes the basis for optimisation of implant geometry and proper selection of material mechanical properties for its production.
The main factors constituting the basis of the process of designing and constructing include anatomic shape of the implant which is adapted to individual patients and selection of good quality materials.
Materials and testing methodology Geometric models of analysed endoprostheses developed along the lines of real models that were selected from a range of sizes of Merotan and DePuy Proxima.

Microfluidic lab-on-a-chip platform represent an important toolbox allowing the manipulation of small fluidic volumes used in life sciences and chemical analytics.
In addition to these advantages the application of polymers as basis material allows mass production with low cost per unit and a wide application field.
