Abstract.
If Li2CO3 is used as raw material for electrolysis in stead of LiCl, it will decrease cell voltage and lower production cost greatly.

The process of teeth meshing surface rough processing is mainly removing superfluous material between two teeth.
An accurate processing simulation allows users to directly observe the process of materials removing from the blank in order to preview the real result of processing technology.

Conveyor.Equipment requires that the conveyor can cast the topsoil containing membrane stubble cited the stubble shovel to the drum sieve inside smoothly.There is not siltation soil between the front-end of conveyor and the walkways of the blade.The rear end of the conveyor does not wrap around the plastic film.It drains the soil but it does not leak film.Its lifting angle of the material has certain throwing capabilities.
Conveyor linear speed must be greater than the unit forward speed, otherwise it will appear conveying material retention, causing blockage.If the linear speed is too far ,the material will be projected too fast and affect the effective length of the sieving soil ,increase transmission power consumption and abrasion of the chain.
According to design requirements of the whole machine,the horizontal distance of throwing material should be around S = 15cm,It will not cause mulch back wrapped if it is more than 10cm.

Abstract.
Error Analysis.The above design is used to test at normal temperature, the maximum distance is not less than 3 meters, error analysis shows that the maximum relative error is limited to 1.0%, using oscilloscope to observe waveform , we can find that the reason of the error is related with the temperature, humidity, material surface and test ultrasonic transmitter power.
