Introduction Coal mine gas called coalbed methane (CBM), is the occurrence of coal seam in the hydrocarbon gas, ingredient is methane, are widely used in power generation, industrial, civil fuel and chemical raw materials, and so on[1].

In order to gain optimal cutting speed of cracking notch, the test phenomena and result are deeply analyzed. 4.1.1 Experimental condition The experiment is carried out on specialized WEDM machining tool, wire electrode: φ0.18mm, work material: C70S6BY of non-hardening steel, width of work-piece: 6mm, work fluid: 12% concentration of emulsion, wire electrode speed: 9m/s. 4.1.2 Circuit parameters' effect to cutting speed The test mainly studies circuit parameters' effect to cutting speed, and compares the designed PLC control system with normal WEDM machining tool.
