Studied the pump housing broken state and laws to selected material to manufacture.
According to the attribute table defined material properties, properties are shown in table 1.
The maximum stress value is far less than the yield limit of material 540MPa and the tensile strength values [σ]=735MPa.
Conclusions (1) Through different materials of high pressure triplex plunger pump shell before and after reconstruction of the finite element analysis shows that the transformation before and after the shell of the strength and stiffness are all meet the requirements, but after the transformation of the shell is more safe and reliable than the transformation before.It will be more correctness and feasibility

Both strong and light materials are usually needed in order to meet this demand.
For example, the rim of the compressor disk can been made of materials with higher hot strength and lighter weight materials [1-4], such as Ti-24Al-15Nb-1.5Mo, Ti-22Al-25Nb.
Each other imbedding depth of two sort materials is about 20-50µm, there are no change two side material’s microstructures at the weld (Fig.2a).
Polyphase coexists at this zone and structure is different to two side materials of weld.
