In view of some kind of material quality's rail we carry on the exchange flash welding, and in the heading quantity fixed situation, the factors which affect the weld joint quality are the flash stability and the weld joint temperature field.

The analytical solution of slope stability is hardly obtained, because of the complex factors restriction, such as geological landform, boundary conditions, material stress, strain of nonlinear, water pressure, the coupling analysis of seismic load.

Conclusion
The polypropylene fiber modified fly ash with this material, based on a lot of dynamic, static triaxial test on the analysis of the relationship between the dynamic, static strength parameters, the following conclusions were obtained:
(1) Influence of freeze thaw cycles has a great similarity on dynamic, static triaxial test C value.
