Introduction Statistical materials showed [1] that the workload of mechanical and electrical products assembly is 30% to 70% of total workload in modern manufacturing industry, therefore the quality of assembly process has a critical influence on the final product and the representation of assembly process information is the basis of assembly process planning, analysis, simulation and subsequent production arrangements.

Each of them have advantages and disadvantages in order of costs, building time, processing difficult, materials, etc
A wide number of Additive Manufacturing equipment are able to fabricate the part in different materials.
The benchmark artefact has been built in two different technologies and in three different materials.
SLA tecnology equipment has also been included in order to complete the study in terms of comparasion of materials, software, technology and results.

In addition, materials needed in traditional manufacturing resource plan may not be produced due to insufficient or not immediate raw material supply, or insufficient productivity or lack of ability for production.
The supply chain based BOM could solve this problem to some extent by introducing information on the productivity of all suppliers of node materials and turning into enterprise's useful capacity.
As shown in figure 1, in case of change A's BOM in the suppliers of B and C, lower nodes also change, and even B and C could be replaced by other materials that meet A's composition requirements.

However, it is significantly superior to these materials in inducing proliferation of the human osteoblast cell line.
Cell attachment and proliferation on these materials, titanium and polystyrene were investigated.
Dunnett's test [9] was used in both the attachment and proliferation assays to compare the control material (polystyrene) with the other tested materials.
As no phases were detected, none of the three materials had decomposed at 1200°C.
In contrast, there is no significant difference among the remaining materials for cell proliferation.
