The mechanism of chip formation and material removal process was analyzed theoretically by employing the indentation fracture mechanics.
The cut depths of grits decrease gradually from Y axis to X axis, so the material removal mode change from brittle to ductile regime.
Figure 6 is the schematic of material removal based the indentation fracture mechanics.

The spurt progress of modern science and technology makes the golf ball also full of the power of science and technology.
People don’t insert materials inside clubs from the beginning, but manufacturers’ starts to add materials such as bones, ivory inside the wood.
Steel product was gradually replaced by graphite, titanium, boron and other materials now.

There are different kinds of eco-composite materials, like biodegradable polymer-based materials, natural fiber-reinforced materials, etc.
Due to two main factors: Cost and availability, natural fiber-based eco composite materials are more suitable for use than biodegradable polymer materials.
The best combination of parameters should be chosen when developing new materials.

The Establishment of the Kinetic Equation For ease of analysis, the drill string is simplified to a rotating flexible beam; we define the beam axis before deformation as the X-axis, shown in Fig. 1: Fig. 1 The mechanical model of flexible rotating beam Selecting the displacement field as the following equation , , (1) Considering the huge geometric deformation , , (2) Consider that the drill string is made up of single material, so the simplified flexible beam the have two independent stiffness and,Simplify the force of the drill string at the drill as flexible beam axial force, the power's variation at corresponding displacement of , When rotate with angular velocity, flexible beam have to withstand the centrifugal force ,the variation of centrifugal force's power is , take advantage of Hamilton's principle to get the kinetic equation (3a) (3b) Where , , , , ,, For ease of analysis, introduce ,
