Introduction

Experimental The starting materials included melamine (M), formaldehyde (F), styrene, triethanolamine (TEA), citric acid, dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) and emulsifier styrene-maleic sodium (SMANa) that was prepared according to the method described in ref.[9].

Abstract.
In the past couple of decades, many works have been done in researching of dendrite growth for pure material[2-3], copper alloy[4-6], aluminum alloy[7-9], magnesium alloy[10] and Fe-C alloy[11-14].These simulation results give a new insight into the understanding of solidification theory.

Because of the complex component and high temperature of the molten steel as well as large temperature defference between the upper and lower parts of the protection tube in the measuring process, the requirement for the material of the tube is very strict.
By the laboratory test for material contrast and field erosion resistance test, the compound structure of the protection tube is adopted, that is, the upper part which is located in the slag layer uses the material with good resistance to erosion, while the lower part in the molten steel layer with good heat conduction.
