INTRODUCTION Because of the potential remarkable mechanical properties, nanoelectromechanical system (NEMS) technologies, nanoscale materials and structures have attracted considerable attention.
Since the decreasing characteristic dimensions of materials, the mechanical properties of the nanostructures need to be well characterized.
The key idea in the semi-continuum approach is to adopt the framework of continuum mechanics, but to extract the material properties and the constitutive relations from the atomistic description of the underlying local environment.

Proper permeability, low frost heaving rate, unconspicuous plasticity and minor contractibility are both positive properties of materials which could be viewed as ideal subgrade fillings.
This new trend of diminished maximum dry density by increasing lime proportion also demonstrates this modification method effectively broaden the applicable scope of soil materials for qualified strength.
It also reveals the application potential for similar inorganic binder materials.

The magnetic materials can be classified into 5 types in detail, however not all of them have a significant reflection under the magnetic field [5], they describe the atom arrange in some of the materials, and which shows the reason why different materials reflect at different degree under the magnetic field, and this is why people select their materials of work piece in the magnetic field existed experiment [6].
