Laser forming of open-cell aluminum foams can be modeled by means of 3D thermo-mechanical models but the correct evaluation of the alloy material properties is a key-factor for obtaining good predictions.
Experimental tests have been performed by compression and used to infer mechanical properties by means of a 3D FE model.
As a general conclusion, laser forming is able to produce large deformations of the foams without affecting their structural integrity.
The temperature-dependent material properties were partially extracted by references for elastic, yielding, and thermal properties.
Mechanical properties of foams are not uniform and it is also expected that they would change as an effect of the laser forming process.

cladding process have better mechanical properties than that of the conventional manufacturing
technology.
It is also aimed at understanding relations between the main laser cladding parameters and characteristics of cladding components and obtaining the superior properties.
We select the credibility more than 85 percent of the factors as important factors.
Three factors and three levels test was selected.
The results indicate that: the mechanical properties of components fabricated by laser cladding prototyping have been improved by the laser cladding rapid manufacturing.

As the only process which allows changing shape and mechanical properties of the component at the same time, HCDF occupies an important position in manufacturing processes.
As it is well known that the flow stress and mechanical properties of the forging component may be significantly affected by changes in the strain rate, microstructure and temperature during the forming process.
Hence, as new materials continue to arise, it is necessary to investigate all mechanical and physical properties of them so as to estimate stresses, strains and strain rates during the forming process.
Precision forging technology can be defined as a series of measures, which affect improvement of one or more of the above mentioned factors, and due to that the quotient of the mass of the end-component and the mass of the forging component tending to zero while the machining allowance remains the same [1].
In addition, the mechanical properties could be improved if there is no convection while cooling.
