Materials and Welding Parameters.
Two materials were investigated in the present study, B1500HS and B250P (commercial steel strip cold rolled), representing the hot formed UHSS and high strength cold rolled steel respectively, whose chemical composition (wt.%) are listed in table 1.
This part was result from the strain hardening of the metal material.

There has been considerable researches toward hollow microcapsules such as drug delivery[2], biological cell engineering[3], functional materials[4] and textile science[5] due to their encapsulation properties, contents protection, controlled release, and compatibility of the core materials, and their preparation in the submicrometer/micrometer diameter range[6].

A simplified model of formation characteristics of machined surface in cutting
As shown in Figure 3, the tool was close to the material to be cut, the work-piece material was cut on basic point O separately for the layer to be cut and layer had been cut, the material above basic point O formed chip and accumulated on tool rake face, the layer to be cut under basic point O turned into machined surface.
Though a part of material created plastic deformation in the area abcd, it were left in the bottom of the cutting layer, when the tool made a concession it would be created plastic deformation again, then the surface akh was formed by deformation of the two materials.
