Recently, prefabricated building processes have been enhanced by advances in design, information technologies, and machineries as well as the current emphasis within the industry to reduce waste materials, energy consumption, labor requirements, project duration, and costs.

Test materials
Using P.O 42.5 ordinary Portland cement and P.S.A 32.5 slag cement; Tianjin Baoming Limited Company’s production of CSA concrete expansive agent and Huainan Datong manufacturer’s production of D-accelerating agent.
Slag cement has low content of clinker, the hydration speed of mixing materials is slow at normal temperature, so the coagulation time is long and the intension is low in the early period.

Abstract.
Material Model.
The material model of MAT_PLASTIC_KINEMATIC was selected to be reinforcing steel bars of pier in this paper, which was an isotropic material model associated with strain rate.
In a general way, in the nonlinear analysis of reinforced concrete structures, elastic-plastic mode was used to be the material of steel bars, that is when the material is in the plastic state, its stress remained constant, while the strain increasing.
