The producing method of oil absorbent felt using recycled polyester bottle flakes is discussed, emphasizing on processes parameters such as dryness, filtration, spinning technique, drawing ratio, and etc. 1 Introduction In recent years, with the development of waterproof building materials, there has been much change in waterproof building materials and technology.
And this performance PSF showed high break strength and satisfied tenacity. 2 Experimental Section 2.1Production process Materials: Recycled polyester bottle flakes material: recycled crushing flakes materials, such as PET mineral water bottles, coke bottle, limiting viscosity ≥0.70 dl/g, melting point≥250 oC, moisture contents ≤3%. 3.5‰ polyester staple fiber oil, 4% polyester staple fiber oil.
If the temperature is lower, the water of recycled polyester bottle flakes materials cannot be removed, or if a higher temperature is used, the material will be prone to yellow due to the degradation of fiber.
The recycled polyester bottle flakes materials had a lower melting point than normal polyester for the higher internal impurity content, that is the reason why the spinning temperature is usually 275 oC.

Conservation and use of materials: First and foremost, building materials typically considered to be ‘green’ should be used from design to construction.
The saving of building materials will indirectly contribute to the conservation of natural resources.
The rating standards for this code are Using Green Building Materials, Extracting and Manufacturing Materials Locally, and Conservation of Building Materials.
New techniques, materials, facilities and technologies should be adopted and introduced in construction.

In addition, forest resources are not only an important carbon sinks but also major papermaking fibrous materials.
This makes acquisition of paper raw materials very difficult.
Ecological footprint is a methodological tool that uses material and energy flows to quantify the biophysical load that human populations or industrial processes impose on ecosystems around the world.

However, the injection molding processing is a quite complex, non-steady state, multi-variable processing with non-linear, time-dependent materials [1].
PMMA (ZYLAR330, INEOS) is selected as the material of the injection molding simulation experiments.

Study on Preparation of Modified Cotton with Collagen Haiyan Zhang1, a 1 School of Textile & Garments, Hebei University of Science & Technology, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China azhanghaiyan5858@sina.com Keywords: Cotton fabric, Sodium Periodate, Collagen, Crosslinking Process, Dyeing Percentage Abstract.
Introduction Cotton is currently the most widely used natural cellulose fiber material in textile industry.
It is pursued for its renewable, biodegradable, low cost, rich resource and other advantages. [1,2] With the oil and coal resources shortage and global environment pollution aggravation, cellulose resources effectively utilized in pioneering new technologies and new materials applications is becoming a new development direction.
