Currently, the research objective of amylase immobilization technology is sourcing a simple way of immobilization and low cost, rich sources of Carrier material.
EI-Banna [3] and M.Vezir Kahraman[4] are all researching methods and materials of immobilized amylase.
In this study, taking advantage of a rich source of rosin as the raw material to synthesize the carrier of immobilization of amylase, About 90% resin acids existing in rosin, resin acids is a generic term of a class of substances with the molecular formula of C19H29COOH, they are monobasic acid with a tricycle phenanthrene ring skeleton and containing two double bonds.
