Introduction Thermal barrier coatings are usually made up of four layers [1-4]: outer ceramic zone, bondcoat of Ni(Co)CrAlY type or diffusion layer of (Ni,Pt)Al type, growth of barrier oxide layer resulting from temperature increase and substrate material.
Experimental procedure The powders of Ni-23Co-17Cr-12.5Al-0.45Y, Co-32Ni-21Cr-8Al-0.5Y and Ni-22Cr-10Al-Y type are the basic material for analysis.

Abstract: Variable cross-section components are widely used in engineering practice.
Analysis method of reliability about normally distributed According to stress-strength interference theory, the state function is defined as (1) equation (1) r is material intensity, S is stress, X=[X1 X2 … Xn]T is the basic random parameters. g(X) is a state function , (2) where F (. ) is the standard normal distribution function.
According to stress-strength interference theory, the state function is defined as (7) where r is the strength of materials , random variable is X=[r P b a]T, x is on behalf of an unknown number of arbitrary cross-section, E[X] and Var[X] of random variable are known, these random variables are normally distributed.

Abstract.
With the development of computer science and FEA method, it is feasible for us to use large software for complicated process analysis.
The following is pipe parameters used to analyze: pipe with diameter 108mm, wall thickness 12mm, bending radius 400mm and material 20G.
Choosing the pipe with diameter 168mm, thickness of the wall 12mm, bending radius 400mm and material 20G to build the optimal design model.

Abstract: In this article, corn starch was modified by α-amylase with different hydrolytic time (30, 60, 90 and 120 min) and the effects of modification technology on its properties of viscosity, compound structure and mechanical were studied.
The performance of modified starch that hydrolyzed by 30 min was better than others and pinholes were generated in the surface of starch granules Introduction Starch is a cheap and abundant worldwide material, which is applied in the area of medical, agriculture and industry[1].
Plastics and fast food industries have realized that they need to begin to develop renewable sources of raw materials as petroleum supplies decline.

Joining by upset bulging can be employed for joining tubes with other structures such as sheets, plates, tubes or profiles as well as for joining different materials.
These requirements cause a clear trend towards the application of high-strength materials and multi-material designs.
Summary and outlook Joining by upset bulging gains increasingly more attention as an alternative mechanical joining method to produce hybrid components of combined different materials or high strength – low strength materials.
