Materials and Methods
Palm oil mill effluent (POME) sludge were obtained from Palm Oil Mill, Serting, Negeri Sembilan. 3 kg of POME sludge was filled into each worm bins. 50 earthworms (Eudrillus eugeniae) were added into the first bin and 100 earthworms of the same species were added into the next bin.
The C:N ratios of substrate material reflect the organic waste mineralization and stabilization during the process of decomposition.

Test Materials.
In order to obtain the actual mechanical properties of the material, during the cementing of the specimens, detained four groups (3 cubes each group) test cubes (150mm × 150mm × 150mm) and conserved in same conditions with the test components.
