Raw materials and experimental method
Raw materials: Cement: Portland cement of PⅡ52.5 grade;Gravel:origin of Deqing.continuous grading in the range of 5-30 mm, percentage of flat-elongated particles is 9%,mud content is 1%, clay lump content in stones is 2%,crushing value index is 13%;Sand:fineness modulus is 2.3, mud content is 1%,clay lump content in sands is 2%;Ground silica sand: specific surface area is 405 m2/kg;silica content is 91%;Fly ash:gradeⅡ;Ground slag:grade S95,specific surface area is 440 m2/kg; Super plasticizer:acetone series high range water reducing agent,solid content is 30%;
Water:tap water.
The design of mix proportion use C80 level that is commonly used in PHC pipe pile production, water-binder ratio in the range of 0.26~0.30, slumps in the range of 30~50 mm,cementitious materials content is 500 kg/m3, the proportion of mineral admixture is 20%~30% of cementitious materials; dosage of water reducing agent is 2%;sand rate is 39%[12-13],concrete mix proportion in table 1 .

Simultaneously we have made the following supposition:
(1) The refrigerant vapor is saturated ideal gases;(2) Heat contact surface is equal heat flow density boundary;(3) Ignore the thermal contact resistance between the contact surfaces of components;(4) Material is uniformly continuous;(5) Consider only the tube axial cooling.
2.1 Heat pipe geometry modeling and definition unit type
Uses pro/E to establish three dimensional geometry model as shown in Figure 2, and choose eight node six unit thermal SOLID70.
