Introduction With the development of information technology and material science, it is possible now to get the multi-functional and intelligent cement-based materials.
The carbon fiber, as a conductive phase, could be dispersed in cement-based materials and thus got carbon fiber reinforced cement based composite materials (CFRC for short).
Fig. 1 showed the sensitivity of the CFRC materials.
So the damage of the CFRC materials could be monitored.

slip systems, intermetallic phases are commonly much harder and more brittle than their parent materials; i.e. aluminum or iron.
Joining is achieved primarily in the central parts of the lap joint, where discontinuous thin layers of uncracked materials are produced.

The reduction of particles size is the result of the interaction between steel balls and the material.
Ball grading is the ratio of steel balls with different diameters at a certain filling rate.Based on the analysis above, the effect of crushing of steel balls towards material particles mainly happened in region B, as shown in Figure 1. (1)Before the collision happened, the higher energy steel balls owner, the more material particles ware crushed. (2)Since the crushing of material particles is a kind of fatigue damage, the chance of material particles crushed will become higher if the number of collision increases. (3)The effect of steel balls grinding towards material particles mainly happened in region A, as shown in Fig.1.
The size correlation method of Material particle: which help to gain the ratio of different steel balls by making the percentage of different steel balls equal with the percentage of material particle in different size.

Introduction The study of Fe-TiC cermet is a new field of composite materials [1].
Because of its unique properties of high hardness and excellent wear resistance, cutting tools made of Fe-TiC have shown excellent performance in the machining of non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials.

The block specimen (12×16×5mm) was made of ceramic materials having a polished surface with a surface roughness of 0.08μm.
Fig. 5(a) and (b) show the effect of pairs on the friction coefficient and wear rate of the self-lubricating ceramic materials.
Fig. 6 (a) and (b) show the SEM photographs of worn surface of Al2O3/TiC/CaF2 self-lubricating ceramic materials with steel ring.
