Research of Soldering Silicon Substrate with Solder Type Sn-Ag-Ti KOLEŇÁK Roman a, PRACH Michal b Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Materials Science and Technology in Trnava, Paulínska 16, 917 24 Trnava, Slovak Republic aroman.kolenak@stuba.sk, bmichalprach@gmail.com Keywords: Active solder, Shear strength, Ultrasonic soldering Abstract.
Introduction Present production process necessitates to join different materials as ceramics, non-metals and metals.
Joining of ceramics or non-metals (silicon) with metals brings about different problems caused mainly by different properties of these materials [1].

Study on Chloride Ion Penetrability of Recycled Aggregate Concrete S.W.Yao Hebei Provincial Key Laboratory of Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials; College of Materials Science and Engineering, Hebei United University; Tangshan 063009, Hebei, China yaoshaowei389@163.com Key words: Recycled aggregate concrete; Chloride ion penetrability; Durability Abstract: Chloride ion penetrability of recycled aggregate concrete is one of durability, but it is less on research at present.
Introduction Concrete is the amount biggest building material in all construction project, and the use level of our country's concrete is the first in the whole world.
If we make the waste construction materials to crack, separate, and process recycled aggregate of concrete, it can be used in new buildings, so it is able fundamentally to solve the problem of construction waste material processing and reduce the freight volume and natural aggregate amount of use[1].These measures not only can reduce the cost, save the natural aggregate resources, release aggregate supply contradictory, but also can reduce the waste construction materials to the urban environment pollution.
Under normal circumstances, the penetration of chloride ion is a combination of a number of ways, in addition to effects of chemical combination, physical bonding and adsorption between chloride ion and concrete materials [4].
